Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Meeting, assistance on arrival & transfer
to hotel. Later full day combined sightseeing tour of old &
new delhi visiting Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat (Cremation
place Mahatama Gandhi), passing through India Gate, President
house & other government buildings. Later visit Humayun
Tomb & Qutab Minar. Overnight at hotel.

02 : Delhi - Leh
In time transfer to airport to board flight to Leh. Meeting
assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Rest of the free
for independent activities. Overnight a hotel.

03 : Leh
Morning visit to monestries. HEMIS – It is very nice and
big monastery in Ladakh. It was constructed in 1630 during kingdom
of Sengge Namgyal, an illustrious governor of Ladakh. THIKSEY
– It is one of the more architectonic and more impressive
monasteries. SHEY – Located on a hill, it was once the
residence of a real family. According to the tradition, it was
the seat of the power of the Tibet kings. Here is one statue
of Budhha of 7.5 Mts. Of height made by copper, plated in gold
and unique. Overnight at hotel.
Day
04 : Leh – Lamayuru – Alchi
Morning drive to Alchi. Enroute visit LAMAYURU Monastery –
The greatest sacred site in Ladakh was a sanctuary before the
coming of Buddhism, also kinown as Yun Drung (Swastica). In
the evening visit ALCHI Monastery – Situated on the shore
of Indus river from thousand years ago. On its wall thousand
of painting miniature of Budhha. Three images made by mud and
painted with shinning colors are the attraction of the monastery.
Overnight at hotel.

05 : Alchi – Likir - Leh
Morning drive to Leh. Enroute visit LIKIR Monastery. Founded
in XI century and rededicated to different monastics order
in XV century. The previous monestary was destroyed by the
fire and the present monastery is from XVIII century. Ovenight
at hotel.
Day
06 : Leh
Morning city tour of Leh visit Leh Palace, Stok Palace, Zanskar
Monastery and Shanti Stupa. Overnight at hotel.
 Day
07 : Leh - Delhi
In time transfer to airport to board flight to Delhi. Meeting
assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day
free for independent activities. Overnight at hotel.
Day
08 : Departure Delhi
In time transfer to International airport to board flight
for onward destination.
