DAY 01: DELHI

After arrival at the Delhi airport, meet our representative who will arrange a smooth transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Check-in at the hotel to enjoy the cozy comfort in its room. Spend the entire day resting and relaxing. In the evening, take a leisurely walk to explore the pulsating nightlife of Delhi. Stay the night in the hotel.

 

DAY 02: DELHI

Today enjoy a city tour to Delhi. The major tourist attractions of Delhi cover Humayun's Tomb, Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat and the India Gate. In the evening you may revisit Red Fort to witness the impressive light and sound show. Retire for the night in the hotel.

 

DAY 03: DELHI – INDORE (FLIGHT)

This morning proceed to visit Indore the largest city of Madhya Pradesh. On reaching Indore, check-in at one of our listed hotels. After resting for a while in your hotel room, move out for a sightseeing tour of Indore. The major tourist attractions of Indore include Indore Museum, Chhatris, Lal Bagh Palace, Kanch Mandir, Mahatma Ghandhi Hall and the Nehru Park. In the evening you may visit Chokhi Dhani, the Rajasthan heritage resort built on the outskirts of Indore. This Rajasthan heritage resort is a perfect place to experience the rich culture and heritage of Rajasthan from close. Stay the night in the hotel.

 

DAY 04: INDORE – OMKARESHWAR – MAHESHWAR – MANDU

Next morning, transfer to Mandu. En-route visit Omkareshwar and Maheshwar. The presence of one of the twelve Jyotirlingam makes Omkareshwar one of the holiest Hindu sites of India. On reaching Omkareshwar, visit the temple of Shri Omkar Mandhata, Siddhnath temple and the temple of Gauri Somnath. Also visit the huge Nandi bull carved on the hillside opposite the temple of Gauri Somnath. After the visit we head to the town of Maheshwar. The major temples to visit in Maheshwar include Ahilyeshwar temple, Jaleshwar temple and the Rajarajeswara temple. Then proceed to Mandu. On reaching Mandu, check-in at one of our listed hotels for dinner and overnight stay.

 

DAY 05: MANDU

After an early breakfast, proceed to visit the Bagh Caves. These nine caves are famous for its paintings which closely resembles to those found in Ajanta caves. Later in the day embark on a guided tour of Mandu. The Major tourist attractions of Mandu cover Jahaz Mahal, Rupmati Pavilion, Rewa Kund and the Hindola Mahal. After the visit return to the hotel for taking some rest. In the evening enjoy a sumptuous dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 06: MANDU – UJJAIN – BHOPAL

Post breakfast leave for Bhopal by surface. Stop midway at Ujjain. The major tourist attractions of Ujjain include Bhartruhari Caves, Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, Chaubis Khamba Temple, Gopal Mandir, Gomti Kund and the Kaliadeh Palace. After the visit continue to drive towards Bhopal. Upon reaching Bhopal, check-in at one our listed hotels. After resting and relaxing for a while in your hotel room, proceed to a sightseeing tour of Bhopal, the magnificent city of Nawabs. The major tourist attractions to visit include Moti Masjid, Shaukat Mahal, Lakshmi Narayan temple, Bharat Bhavan, Rastriya Manav Sangrahalaya, Lower Lake and the Upper Lake. Retire for the night at the hotel.

 

DAY 07: BHOPAL – SANCHI – BHOPAL

Early morning, embark on an excursion to Sanchi. It is the famous Buddhist pilgrimage site. This world heritage site houses the stupas which contain relics of Buddha. The major tourist attractions to visit in Sanchi include Great stupa, stupa 3, Ashoka Pillar, Mauryan apsidal, Temple 17. In the eastern area visit temple 45 while in the southern area visit Temple 40. The great stupa in Sanchi was commissioned by Emperor Ashoka. In the evening return to the hotel in Bhopal for overnight stay.

 

DAY 08: BHOPAL – BHIMBETKA – BHOJPUR – BHOPAL

In the morning after breakfast, leave for a full day excursion to Bhimbetka and Bhojpur. The Bhimbetka rock shelters are located in the foothills of the Vindhyan Mountains. The five clusters of natural rock shelters, display paintings that appear to date from the Mesolithic Period. These rock shelters were put on the World Heritage List of UNESCO in 2003. After exploring the Bhimbetka caves drive back to the hotel in Bhopal for overnight stay.

 

DAY 09: BHOPAL – PACHMARHI

Post breakfast, drive towards Pachmarhi. Situated at an altitude of 1,067 feet, Pachmarhi offers a variety of attractions ranging from ancient caves to beautiful monuments. The lustrous greenery combined with the majestic hills and the cascading waterfalls are there to please every visitor. On reaching Pachmarhi, check-in at one of our listed hotels. Spend the remaining day resting and relaxing in the hotel room. Enjoy Evening at your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 10: PACHMARHI

Next morning after breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Pachmarhi. The major tourist attractions of Pachmarhi include Handi Khoh, Jata Shankar Caves, Pandava caves, Apsara Vihar, Bee Fall, Chauragarh Peak, Mahadeo hill and the Duchess Falls. Also visit the Priyadarshini Point to get panoramic vistas of the whole town of Pachmarhi from a hilltop. Stay the night in the hotel.

 

DAY 11: PACHMARHI – KANHA NATIONAL PARK

Early in the morning leave for Kanha National Park. The Kanha National Park is one of the finest wildlife areas. The park is filled with large varieties of fauna and is best known for the swamp deer. On reaching Kanha National Park, get accommodated at one of listed wildlife resort. Being at Kanha National Park explore the rich flora which features numerous vegetative attractions around the vicinity. Later in the day enjoy bird watching being accompanied by the naturalist. In the evening return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

 

DAY 12: KANHA NATIONAL PARK

Early in the morning, move out to enjoy jeep safari to observe wildlife at the thick and lush green forest of Kanha National Park. The jeep safari provides you with the flexibility to explore especially those places, which are difficult to travel via any other mode of transportation. Single day jeep safari can be done two times a day, one in the early morning hour and other in the late afternoon. After the safari return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

 

DAY 13: KANHA – BANDHAVGARH

Next morning we leave for Bandhavgarh. Upon reaching Bandhavgarh, check-in at one of our listed resorts. After resting for a while at the hotel, proceed to explore the Bandhavgarh fort. Later in the day visit the Baghel Museum. The Baghel Museum preserves the personal belongings of the Maharaja of Rewa. Also visit the Tala village that has many mud houses and abounds with natural landscapes. In the evening return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

 

DAY 14: BANDHAVGARH NATIONAL PARK

Next morning set out on an excursion to Bandhavgarh National Park. This small national park is perfect for game viewing. The density of tiger population is highest known in Bandhavgarh National Park all over India. Enjoy jeep/elephant safari to explore the park while visiting animals in their natural habitat. The best time to take a jeep safari is from dawn until about 10 am and from 4pm until dusk. On return to the resort enjoy sumptuous dinner and overnight stay.

 

DAY 15: BANDHAVGARH – KHAJURAHO

Following morning after breakfast, proceed to Khajuraho. Located in the Bundelkhand region this small town is famous for groups of Hindu and Jain temples. The temples of Khajuraho are the UNESCO World Heritage Site for their beautiful and erotic rock carvings. Upon reaching Khajuraho, check-in at one of listed hotels. The major tourist attractions of Western Group of Khajuraho temples include Lakhmana temple, Kandariya Mahadeo temple, Devi Jagdamba temple, Chaunsat Yoginiand the Vishwanath temple while the Eastern Group of temples include Parsvanath temple, Ghantai temple, Adinath temple and the Vamana temple. After the visit return to the hotel for overnight stay.

 

DAY 16: KHAJURAHO – ORCHHA

Post breakfast, drive straight to Orchha. On reaching Orchha, get accommodated at one of our listed hotels. Rest and relax in your hotel till lunch. After lunch, embark on a sightseeing tour of Orchha. The major tourist attractions of Orchha include the Chandreshekhar Azad Memorial, Chhatris, Dauji Ki Haveli, Raja Mahal and the Laxmi Narayan temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

DAY 17: ORCHHA – GWALIOR

In the morning after breakfast, drive straight to Gwalior. Upon reaching Gwalior, check-in at one our listed hotels. The major tourist attractions of Gwalior include Gwalior Fort, Jai Vilas Palace, Man Mandir Palace, Teli Ka Mandir, Suraj Kund, Padavali temple and the Bateshwar valley. Stay the night at the hotel.

 

DAY 18: GWALIOR – AGRA

Post breakfast leave for Agra, by surface. On reaching Agra, check-in at one of our listed hotels. After resting for a while in the cozy comfort of your hotel room, move out to visit the major tourist attractions of Agra covering Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb, Ram Bagh, Diwan-i-am, Diwan-i-khas and the Aram Bagh. In the evening head to visit the seventh wonder of world, Taj Mahal in the twilight for an alluring sight. Rest of the evening free to explore local markets. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

DAY 19: AGRA – DELHI / DEPARTURE

In the morning after breakfast, leave Agra to reach Delhi. On reaching enjoy sightseeing tour of Delhi. The attractions scheduled for the day include Rajpath, India Gate, Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Lotus temple and Diplomatic Enclave. Later in time transfer to Delhi airport to board a flight for onward journey.
